| | | | Payment instructions | You have to register here for the payment. After your successful registration you will receive a valid access to the credit card payment site and your unique number for your payment identification for the wire transfer method. After submitting your registration, you will still be able to CHANGE your registration DETAILS or to make your PAYMENTS by credit card at any time. To pay your registrations fee or to change your registration details, please LOG IN to the TOP-RIGHT CORNER of this web page using your registration number and password obtained during your registration on this payment site.
During registration, please provide only institution names and addresses, which you would like to have on your invoice. Do not forget to include VAT number of your institute, if applicable. Invoices will be automatically generated after receiving your payment a will be send to your e-mail address as well as provided as a printed copies on site. Later changes of the invoice will not be possible.
You have two optional methods of payment:
Payment by credit card in EUR.
The payment system uses one of the most secure (3D-secure) on-line system currently available, which is provided by Ceska sporitelna a.s. (ERSTE group). It is accesible after your registration via login at the top-right corner of this web page using your unique registration number and personal password, which you will obtain / use during your registration, respectively.
Payment by wire transfer in EUR.
When using wire-transfer, please pay in EUR only and remit to:

Please add your name and registration number (126XXXXX) for your clear payment identification. All bank transfer fees MUST be paid by the participant (bank code OUR).
Cancellation and refund: Please note that your registration is valid only after receiving your payment, which have to be done till July 20. Cancellations have to be made in writing to info@biologicals.cz and are only accepted until July 20, 2016. An administrative fee of EUR 65.00 will be deducted from the payments.Please write CANCELATION EMBO WORKSHOP to the subject of such an e-mail.
