SYNERGY 2.0 Plant RNA Extraction Kit (100 preps) 

Utilizing a proprietary method to rapidly isolate high-quality RNA from plant tissue, the SYNERGY™ 2.0 RNA Extraction Kit's unique bead beating chemistry replaces RNA isolation procedures requiring harmful reagents. Each Homogenization Tube contains a grinding matrix which, in conjunction with the Plant Homogenization Buffer and dithiothreitol (DTT), liberates RNA, captures contaminants, and inactivates nucleases detrimental to RNA. Experimental data shows the SYNERGY™ 2.0 Plant RNA Extraction Kit yields RNA of equal or better purity compared to other commercial kits and traditional CTAB protocols. The entire process takes approximately 40 minutes.
