The FavorPrep™ Stool DNA Extraction HE (High Efficiency) Mini Kit is an efficient tool to rapidly isolate pure, high-concentration genomic DNA from several type of stool. The distinctive HE Column allows to enlarge sample input and reduce elution volume to obtain both higher eluted DNA concentration and yield. The advanced method allows to remove inhibitors thoroughly and provide excellent reproducibility result. The purified DNA is effectively used to analyze in microbial diversity and community composition.
