FavorPrep™ Tissue Total RNA Extraction HE Mini Kit

The FavorPrep™ Tissue Total RNA Extraction HE Mini Kit is designed for rapid and efficient purification of high-quality total RNA from a wide range of sample types, including animal tissues, cultured animal cells, and bacterial cells. Utilizing an improved chaotropic salt–based lysis system and the HE Column technology, the kit enables highly sensitive extraction with input levels as low as 10 cells, while ensuring excellent removal of proteins, DNA, and other contaminants without the use of hazardous organic solvents. The purified RNA is of high integrity and immediately suitable for downstream applications such as RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, Northern blotting, and cDNA synthesis.
