They are available with different orientations of His6-tags and can be used as expression vectors in RTS 100, RTS 500, and RTS 9000 E. coli HY reactions. For detailed vector maps, refer to the pack insert.
Note: In RTS 100 E. coli HY (batch) reactions, linear templates generated by PCR can be used as an alternative to pIVEX constructs.
