Description FavorPrepTM 96-Well Total RNA Kit is designed for 96 wells high-throughput phenol-free isolation of total RNA from animal cultured cells or animal tissues by using chaotropic salt-based lysis/denaturant and silica membrane column. This kit offers a speedy method to purify total RNA and prevent the degradation of RNA by inactivating RNase during the isolation procedure. The purified RNA is ready-to-use in RT-PCR, Northern blotting, primer extension and cDNA construction.
