MicroElute GEL/PCR Purification Kit

Favorgen\'s MicroElute Gel/PCR purification Kit allows isolation and concentration of DNA fragments, 70bp~4Kb, specifically from agarose gel, PCR reaction or enzymatic reactions. This kit eliminates impurities and salt efficiently from the sample matrix. The purified DNA fragments can be used directly for downstream applications. The end elution volume can be as low as 10 μl to obtain high concentration of DNA.

The purified DNA fragments are ready-to-use for downstream applications, such as DNA sequencing, restriction enzyme digestion, DNA labeling and ligation reactions, and the elution volume can be reduced to 10 µl to obtain high-concentration DNA.
