The 0.5 ml Skirted Disruption Tubes and screw caps with "O" rings are useful for homogenizing microorganisms in oscillating homogenizers such as the FastPrep™, PreCellys™, and HT 24™.
APPLICATION:
In dairy sciences, the 0.5 ml Skirted Disruption Tubes are used with 100µm zirconium beads for the mechanical disruption and homogenization of raw milk and cheese samples for next generation sequencing.
